                            <additions><p>There are underlinings in pencil, e.g. on fol. <locus>3r</locus>.</p></additions>
                            <bindingDesc><binding><p>The manuscript is bound in a grey cardboard binding from <name type="person" key="JenWeb001">Jens Jakob Weber</name>'s time, 
                            i.e. <date from="1771" to="1780">1771-1780</date>. There is printed material in the pastedowns.
                            On the front cover, the shelfmark (including the letter) and the title were written in ink. 
                            On the spine, there are two stickers for the shelfmark and the running number.</p></binding></bindingDesc> 
                            <accMat><p>An AM-slip (<dimensions unit="mm" type="slip"><height>192</height><width>158</width></dimensions>) 
                                written by <name key="ArnMag001" type="person">Árni
                                Magnússon</name> is bound in the front of the manuscript. It reads:

                            <p>Two loose slips with information on the restoration of the manuscript by Birgitte Dall in
                            <date when="1983">1983</date> and by <name type="person" key="AnjSco001">Anja Scocozza</name> in 
                                <date when="1993">1993</date> are found in front of the manuscript.</p></accMat> 
                            <origin>The codicological unit was written in 
                                <origPlace key="IS">Iceland</origPlace>.
                                Kålund dates it to the 
                                <origDate notBefore="1651" notAfter="1700">second half of the seventeenth century</origDate>
                                <bibl><ref target="KKKat">Katalog II</ref>, <biblScope unit="page">24</biblScope></bibl>. 
                               <p> <name key="ArnMag001" type="person" role="owner">Árni Magnússon</name> 
                                   received the manuscript, of which this codicological unit was a part, from 
                                <name key="GisJon006" type="person" role="owner">Gísli Jónsson</name> in Mávahlíð 
                                in <date when="1709">1709</date>.
                                Before him, <name key="MagBjo002" type="person" role="owner">Magnús Björnsson</name> 
                                   from Bessastaðir in Steingrímsfjörður owned the manuscript (see AM-slip).</p>
