                                    Compared to the edition, the rímur here 
                                    begin in the 24th verse of the first ríma and end in the 40th verse of the same ríma
                                    <bibl>Íslenzkar miðaldarímur (II) 1973</bibl>.
                                The rubric reads "Hier byriast Ans rymur kuednar af Sugurdi[!] blinda" and the text starts with
                                "Sueirn er nefndur j sögum<ex>m</ex> Án". It ends with 
                                    "fanst þar eingin<ex>n</ex> betri".</note>

                                    <condition><p>The recto-side of fol. <locus from="1r" to="1r">1</locus> has darkened considerably and is
                                        heavily worn with smaller damages here and there. <note>It may have been on the outside 
                                            of a manuscript without a cover for a while.</note></p> 
                                        <p>The edges are not trimmed and relatively dark.</p>
                                    <p>There are slight traces of folding in most leaves, indicating that the manuscript may 
                                        have been folded in half or quarters for some time.</p></condition>

                            <additions><p>Fol. <locus>21bis</locus> was added to manuscript. It was originally used to paste
                            over the verso-side of fol. <locus>21</locus>, which contains the beginning of <title>Áns rímur bogsveigis</title>.
                            The leaf is now removed and bound at the end of the manuscript.</p>
                            <p>There are a few additions and corrections in the margins. They were written by the scribe.</p>
                                <p>At the end of <title>Bellerofontis rímur</title> on fol. <locus from="21r" to="21r">21r</locus>, 
                                    the scribe has written: <q>Vantar hier eina vera eiga sex</q>.</p></additions>
                            
                            <bindingDesc><binding contemporary="false"><p>The binding is from <name type="person" key="JenWeb001">Jen Jacob Weber</name>'s time, i.e.
                                <date from="1771" to="1780">1771-1780</date>. It is made out of grey cardboard and the pastedown 
                                uses printed material (of which the page number 63 can be read). 
                                On the front cover, the shelfmark <q>613 c</q> and the title
                                were written in ink. On the spine, there is a blue sticker for the shelfmark.</p></binding>

                                Kålund dates it to the

                                but Jakob Benediktsson dates it to the
