                                        <p>There are a couple of stains on the paper, mostly in the margins. The paper has been cleaned.</p>

                                        <p>The manuscript has suffered some damage (mostly on the lower part) due to moisture and fungus.</p>

                            <bindingDesc><binding><p>The current binding is a half binding with parchment from <name type="person" key="ArnMag001">Árni Magnússon</name>'s time on the spine 
                                (<date notBefore="1700" notAfter="1730">ca. 1700-1730</date>) and yellowish-brown marbled paper on the boards. The boards were formerly covered with
                                reused parchment leaves from an antiphonary which were taken off and replaced with the marbled paper (<date notBefore="1911" notAfter="1913">ca. 1911-1913</date>).
                                The removed leaves are now part of <ref>AM Access. 7</ref> (Hs 40).</p></binding></bindingDesc>
